Welcome to my portfolio!

I am a hobby photographer born in 1960 and living in Ekeren, Antwerp.
In 2017 I started a modular course photography to get to know my camera better. It quickly fascinated me and I exchanged my bridge camera for a DSLR and sinds last year I own a Canon R6markII. One module turned into four plus an extra year in which I also got to know Lightroom and Photoshop.
My interests are broad: flora and fauna, ordinary places with a special appearance, architecture, reflection, symmetry and abstraction, ... Studio work also captivates me and I find it fascinating to record things that we perceive differently when we look at them.
In 2023 I became a member of  FG Look, a photo club in Stabroek where I am given the freedom to further develop at my own pace.
In short: experimenting and learning is fun and there is so much more to discover!
